Pledge care for a child
$100 covers one eye exam. $50 covers one pair of eyeglasses. You make the pledge today for one or more eye exams or eyeglasses. We find a child in need, serve that child, and then we send you the bill for the exam or eyeglasses. You send us no funds until we've served a child. 100% of your funds support eye exams or eyeglasses.
How a pledge will work
First, register your pledge by the link below and choose how many exams or pairs of eyeglasses you would like to cover. You can specify the community or school district to limit your pledge. We work hard to get coverage for exams or eyeglasses through traditional Medicaid, insurance, or other programs. When we have exhausted possibilities we turn to community supporters like you and connect a child's care to your pledge. You receive an invoice by email for the child's eye exam or eyeglasses. We record your payment as a tax deductible charitable contribution and send you an appropriate receipt.
